Our comprehensively equipped dynamometer testing division puts each engine through its paces. A fully computerised set of tests is carried out to ensure the integrity of the remanufactured engine. A printed report, together with a certificate, accompanies each engine that passes this test. The report takes into consideration power and torque correction factors as well as data on the engines power output. Readings such as oil pressure, exhaust gas temperatures, turbo boost pressure, coolant temperature and the ambient temperature readings at the time of the test are all logged and listed in the report. If required, the report incorporates power torque curve graphs. Our dynamometer technicians have extensive experience with naturally aspirated as well as turbo charged engines, such as ADE, Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Cummins and Caterpillar. All our dynamometers are calibrated and tested with ISO 013 procedures.
